This is a fun and functional exercise to blast the grip, wrists, forearms and core. Use light weights. I'm using 8kg kettlebells here to achieve speed. Brace the core and blast out sets of 20 reps at a time.

    causaría ningún perjuicio. Sé de personas que también lo anatómicamente correcta los ejercicios que han desgarrado los músculos, tendones y ligamentos, así que realmente no aprecian

    su comentario.
