Have you tried other tupes of slides? Good stuff, I supposed if one was building fromscratch they'd not need the frets at all. Thanks again.

I have tried all kinds of stuff for slides,, the spoon was fun, but I keep going back to wine bottle necks. if slide is all you were going to play frets would definatly not be required!! thanks for watchin!!

Is it a "tradition" to play with a spoon when the guitar had to be done??

Nice! I used toplay with a fork, but switched to a spoon to get every last drop! From the other room, "You're not using my good silverware again are you?" ;-)

the cost? Well depending on your taste, a box of half decent cigars that size around £100, smoke them, then get a fence post for the neck, and then its just the hardware. not bad id say
