Ok, checking with all the new developments here's what I have: There are in total 40 containers. Around the time I was filming my 9:40 and 9:58 updates some other tanks caught fire. So, now there are 17-18 tanks on fire. But thankfully, those last ones were empty. Authorities have been working on emptying all the containers. That way chances of half of Puerto Rico blowing up are not likely. I will be updating later on today, as there will be a press conference later on.

It has died down. I'll be posting an update very soon. A visit to Condado will not be affected by this event. Even more so if the visit is 2 weeks from today. Thanks for the comment and stay tuned for more updates.
