  • just a quick question..how does 3D work?? is the blade turn the other way around??

  • @zoblac89 The blade angle is Positive (+5 to +9 degrees) when hovering normally, when people play 3D, they roll the helicopter in mid-air, and flip a switch on the transmitter and the blade angle will go Negative (-1 to -10 degrees), at this moment, heli is inverted, the wind is pushing downward to the ground.

  • hey, i'm flying a wakera 5 10 (is like a lama v4), can i buy this heli? (i have practiced a lot in a 6ch simulator)

  • @fumochicles10 No, we suggest you practice 4 Channel Single Rotor Head Heli, e.g. CB180D, V120 Series, before Storm 450. As 5#10 is designed for entry level while Storm 450 is designed for experts or advanced players. You may crash it in few seconds.

  • Hi, I have already mastered Lama v4, can I buy this heli ?

  • @chomiczuwkaXD11 As we said before, you should try 4 channel fixed pitch single rotor heli (CB180 Series, V120 Series, UFLYS) before Storm 450. As Lama V4 is designed for entry players while Storm 450 is designed for advanced players. There is a gap if you try Storm 450 directly just after Lama V4.

  • If anyone cares about my personal opinion I think the whole flying upside down thing is just retarded.

Other than that this chopper is awesome

  • Toughen those blades and you can mow the lawn! Nice flying.

  • hi, im looking for a helicopter that is strong enought to carry my gopro (140g), and not to expensive either, and i guess u are the right to person to ask. any suggestions?

  • I just bought this chopper, and it'll be my very first one!! I think I made a mistake because it seems to be very very hard to control!!

Can someone give me some tips? So I wont crash it quickly. thanks

  • what I don't under stand is to do a "simple" forward loop do you need to be in 3d mode or can you do it normally?

  • @robbie2737 - Glad I could be of some help......

  • @TheBeatSmith Thanks for the response..1000-2500 ft w/ a 700? ...I personally think that's asking for trouble...I'm sure my wallet would be happier if I took your advise & stayed within the 250-400 ft...good to know for when I move up...thanks again.

  • @robbie2737 - Since no one offered to answer your question I thought I would give it a go mate.......If you would a imagine a bowl around you with you in the exact middle.....a copter can fly safely 1000 to 2500 feet out from the center, of couse that would depend on the size of the copter too......at 500 ft., a 450 size copter is hard to see but a 700 size copter can be seen clearly at 2500ft. I try to keep Art Tech 450 close....250 to 400 feet.....hope that help.

  • I personally love this Demonstration...........But !! Flying upside down & doing flips 3D Etc...does'nt really replicate how a Helicopter flies in real life...I'd like to see how high this heli can fly (Range) What is the Range of this machine? Thanks

  • wow! you can use it like a mower! lol

  • @akulax2 the upside down has no point to it in my opinion

and looks weird for a heli

but i think being able to do this is a good way to show your level of skill
