It doesn't matter what the law says. The laws of physics says you will get crushed by a car, so why wouldn't you wait till all the cars are stopped before stepping out into the road? When will you take personal responsibility for yourself? It dumbfounds me when morons blame cars for almost hitting them when the pedestrian should wait till they stop.

@normanmj The point of a crosswalk is that pedestrians have the right of way. Of course I looked both ways, but cars are supposed to stop for the pedestrian, not the other way around. You're supposed to stop for someone on a crosswalk. Not speed up or just keep going. That's the law. I did nothing wrong.

This is what I would call chicken shit tickets. This isn't about public safety, it's about raising money. Quit trying to make the world so PG, and let people learn to use there brain. If you get hit crossing the street, the world is better off without you. If you're too young to cross, your parents should be punished for not being with you. Toughen up America!!
