After a pitch nips the inside of the plate, Rio Grand Valley first baseman Salvador Paniagua is quickly ejected by umpire Roy Ramirez for arguing balls and strikes. It should be noted, there were already four ejections earlier in this game: an RGV player was hit by a pitch after a home run and he charged the mound, emptying both benches. Twice. The umpires weren't in the mood for backtalk after that.

  • That is a Strike.

  • @kickersrule84 Yep.

  • @JERardon How is it a strike? I didnt even hit the corner of the plate. Granted it was to close to just look at. But it wasnt a strike.

  • @miken23barnett It probably wasn't, I was trying to be nice to Roy. Looked inside a bit, but may have nipped - the angle here is so far behind the plate (maybe fifty feet?) it is hard to be sure.

  • @JERardon that could have went both ways. Really close call!

  • @miken23barnett Yep.
