I found this epic boss in PukiWiki's Uploader. Probably made by carol.

Note: This video is tool-assisted, mainly because I don't want to die while playing.
Enjoy!!

  • I was wondering... is it possible to rip the audio of the boss fight without any sound effects? And if so, how?

  • @SkyBlueFox1 When entering the level in your emulator, press "save as SPC file". That will create an .spc file in your folder (depends on which emulator are you using).

  • I must ask, because I must know.

The colors used for the second phase of the battle... are those official?

  • @Sephiroth7734

I don't really think so, since the original game was black and white, as far as I know.

However, I think they fit very well to the sprite.

  • Do I hear addmusicM? :O

(Sounds like it, but prbably isn't)

  • @Kevinskie555

AddmusicM didn't even exist (for the public, at least) when I made this video. :P

The music is actually inserted with Carol's addmusic + Carol's MORE.bin.

  • Mode 7 battle. Epic carol battle, like tanasin, Koopalings and many other Brutal Mario and VIPs battles. CAROL is best ASM ever!

  • It's the last boss theme for Final Fantasy Adventure (US)

  • Can you send the dwnload page?

  • @zigil1

Carol's Addmusic? That means that nobody will ever be able to experience this epicness on a real SNES or accurate emulator.

  • What happened to Boon? :3

  • 15000ish lines of code

  • @Sephiroth7734 : What? No. Nonononono.

You think I don't know the original was in black and white? I wouldn't have even asked had I not already known about the game.

The game does, however, have a color remake for mobile phones, and since the detail in these sprites is greater, it's possible that they're from that.

Not to mention the first phase has color concept art, while the second one doesn't. I'm just trying to find out what colors his last phase uses.
