Chinese workers brave 'worst winter' to get home - 02 Feb 08

China has doubled the number of troops and paramilitary personnel dealing with its winter relief efforts to more than one million.

The government has appealed for millions of people to cancel their travel plans but as Tony Cheng now reports it's a request that many have ignored.

Because there happens the worst snow storm in more than 5 decades in the south China where is not expected to experience snow in the winter, and the electricity wires are frozen and broken. SO these migrant workers can not go home to celebrate the spring festival because the rail system is powered by electricity.If this happens in your country, your country has already paralised.
