"This Little Piggy Went to Market, This Little Piggy Went Home" is a key early work by Damien Hirst brought to TEFAF Maastricht 2010 by Haunch of Venison from London. The work is a pig in a solution of formaldehyde and is offered for sale for €8.8 million.

  • Unbelievable that money exchanges hands for this old fashioned way of conservation. It is just a joke. No craftmanship, no bright ideas, it is just like branding your sneakers and have them made in China for 8 euros and sell them for 350 euros. Hirst is a joke. A brilliant marketing man. But not an artist. Coke snorting new money buys this. I cant imagine anyone with a micron of taste, to transfer serious money for this pig.
