  • Thank you for putting this movie on here. I saw it when i was a kid and only remembered the title and the song i never knew was Bowie. I wish there was a way to get this on DVD,

  • @law2037 I absolutely wish for that to happen REAL SOON, too.

  • wow very nostalgic. I remember i saw this when i was about 8 yrs old. I got into bowie after hearing him on this. This was the only scene that really stuck with me. i remembered somthing about a female android the spooky ashes to ashes song and the silhouetted figure in the trenchcoat walking by the rails. i've had that image in my memory for years but i could not remember the name of the movie. im amazed i found it. thanks for uploading. really brings me back.

  • One further question: How did you manage to find it here? I mean what did you look for?

As i didn't put in tags for either Ashes to Ashes or David Bowie.

I'd be very interested in knowing. :-)

  • @BleuDeQ im a starter script writter, story writer, and play wright, i think ill carry on where they left off and write a sequal to this, thanks for posting this its given inspiration. Plus they never followed this up so purhaps its fate lol.

  • Indeed, pure luck I guess. That day I felt like someone gave me part of my youth back when I first saw that trash movie on German TV - which by then scared the shit out of me but still fascinated my in a certain way. Must be the 80s flair I guess. :-)

  • I found the name of the movie on Google by using lots tag words of anything I remembered from the movie like 80's movie, ashes to ashes, android etc and eventually, I stress eventually I found a detailed review of it. Then I searched You Tube with the name until I found it. Could not believe it when I found your uploads. Gotta love You Tube. You saw an announcement on T. V. by accident? Thats lucky.

  • You're welcome. It was just about the same with me, yet unlike you I remembered the title but couldn't find it anywhere until the airing on Channel 5 a couple of years ago.

I stumbled over the announcement of the movie completely by accident when zapping through the channels.

You can surely imagine the excitement I've felt in this very moment. ;-)
