It's an XE. The VBXE is a board that mounts inside inside the XE and upgrades some of it's video capabilities.

this is not about how good powrooz can draw, but what you can gain when having vbxe - atari is dead for over 13 years now - stop the development, and you'll kill the spirit in people
one more thing - if you have such opinion it probably (statistically) means that you've never done a thing for atari, never wrote any software for it, but still have your opinion - sure you can, but it is meaningless ;)
