Its a global-elite petro-poison to limit you breed like rats conspiracy CRIME that we don't reward all the humans who have to work with SEWAGE by using the methane that comes off it FOR SUSTAINABLE FUEL. Methane burns REALLY CLEAN!
We could have stuck with canvas. canvas plant makes 4-10x the methanol corn does. It burns 100% clean and carbon-neutral (90% plant mass is carbon from air).
It grows like weed renewing fallow ground. It makes pesticide-free clothes where cotton uses 50% global.

What is your point? Yes, they graded the road below the pool, but that was nowhere near where the main channel is, and where the contention lay. Take the time and read the report, you will have to google in Maggie's Madness, or just google in:Serge Dedina & Wildcoast: The Debunking of a Wildcoast Myth. And BTW, if Serge Dedina is so cool, why isn't he pursueing the issue of CESSPOOLS up and down the coast? I have addressed that on my blog also. He hasn't.

Looks like recent cover dirt throughout the entire area.
Are you looking for a CSO (combined sewer overflow)? If so, it has to be raining and the treatment plant is overwhelmed before you will see anything. Also, I wouldn't discharge above sea level where you can wade through it on a beach.

You have obviously not read the report either. In addition, Dedina and his group offer false results from Campo Torres, they do not take into account the saltwater and sun effect there at all, & although they finally got their their shit together and started testing, the test they ran at Torres was elementary and incomplete. Read the report on SADM and see how these guys screw up ALL THE TIME.

In my city, Rio, we have a massive sewage pipe BURIED under the beach. So you can't see it.
The pipe has a diameter of 8 feet and a flow capacity of 3000 gallons a second.
The pipe carries the sewage 10 miles into the ocean to discharge it.
Therefore I am sure San Antonio has a sewage pipe buried somewhere on that beach too.

Sorry there buddy, but you are absolutely 100% WRONG.
However, San Diego does have such outlets, maybe you need to ask Serge Dedina what he's doing aboout those?

What does San Antonio do with their sewage then?
