Vacuum fixes, CIS fixes, and a lot of fine tuning and idle fixes as well as sealing the CIS system to get it right. The vacuum lines are still needing fixing and a lot of parts still need polished and fixed. However, it has come a long way and is finally running much more smoothly than it was prior.
Sticking with the 924 N/A, MIGHT go turbo later on. I have a 944 as a daily and it's fun enough (meaning it's a pain) to work on. I don't feel like working on 2 944 engines haha. The 924 is as simple as can be and can still be build well.
that sounds better than building the engine again, less money involved.i think, are you doing a 944 n/a swap or another 924 swap?

Yeah that engine ended up being hosed. I'm currently in the process of doing an engine swap to a later year system :)
