it was 12 grams worth of toothpicks - the weight was the limit, not the number of the toothpicks. and it held 22 pounds.

a lot haha
we werent sure how many it would take so we bought way more than we needed. i think we bought like 10 boxes of 500 or something stupid.
by the way, we had to use flat toothpicks, not round or the squarish ones.
