Stephenie Meyer was writing a book. The book was Twilight, but from the point of view of a vampire, Edward Cullen. Unfortunately, because the book was "leaked" before finished, Ms Meyer has put the book on hold indefinitely. For folks like me, who still want to read it (so far...it abruptly ends at like, chapter 12), Ms Meyer has posted it to her website. So it's no longer illegal to read it. you are very cute! nice video..! *****. actually, i LOVED midnight sun. you can see everything from edwards sight. it is well written, funny, romantic, and ri eally, really loved it. i wish that she could finish the book soon!!! (sorry for my english!) thanks again! :)

Sorry, I'm just not a Meyer fan. I cannot support her decision to stop production of something that is going to make her money and going to please her fans. All she's doing by not publishing it is disappointing people. She's immature and selfish and should just get over it because, honestly, there is no reason NOT to publish this stupid book. The leaked version is unfinished and unedited, so she can add and change it so it's full of new surprises.

I love this books so much and wish that Stephanie would finish writing it. I have always been interested in Edward's point of view and it was really great to finally read it...it was great. I will have to disagree with you...I feel that this book is ten times better than the Twilight Series.

@shanpam13 Initially, yes, I would feel betrayed. But it has been years and it wasn't even a completed draft. All she's doing is hurting her fan base because someone wounded her ego a little. And everyone rushing to stroke it afterwords is just ridiculous. She's an adult, I'm pretty sure she should be mature enough to handle it.

Hell, JK's stuff was leaked a few times and that never stopped her from finishing the Potter series.

Okay, I'm sorry to say, but if she does, it'll be a long time from now. When you write, you can't be bored or unfocused with your story. It'll turn out like crap.

WHAT!!!!!!! Okay, what would you do if a project you were working that you had asked your closest friends and family to guard was shown by them! Wouldn't you feel crushed? I write, and if my book got put on the web by my trusted few, I'd have a fit too! And second, the I think Midnight Sun was created to help us understand Twilight more. She'd not immature or selfish! You can't make someone write. If they're bored or upset in or with the story, it'll turn out as crappy as they're feeling!

man, i want stephenie to finish it! i read some of it and it is soo good!! i like it because ive always wondered what edward was thinking i cant believe he actually liked bella that much! he is like obsessed with her in midnight sun. haha its hilarious.. but back to the point. its a really good book and like all the other fans, i really think stephenie should finish it. it deserves to be finished!!
