I was a little unclear with the new regiment. if your interested in it please look below. I weigh 153 lbs and 5'10". bodyfat = ?

the new regiment-
monday- Chest
tuesday- back and abs
wednesday- biceps and forearms
thursday- triceps and abs
friday- traps and shoulders
saturday- legs and lower back

if im only doing a 5 day week ill put wednesday 's and thursday's workouts together. good luck.

p.s. if your just starting out, dont get discouraged, this stuff takes time and patience. Everyone has to start somewhere.

  • how much all that stuff cost all together cause i got a pop belly that im tryna get rid of and i bought the INSANITY workout disk thingy and it barely worked for me after 2 months.... i lost 3 pants sizes but wanted to lose my stomach is gain muscle as well

  • @makesmoney010 then i wouldnt reccomend all this stuff this was for me gaining...instead...80% of you losing weight will be your diet...since you have "pop" belly...DO NOT eat white bread...DO EAT whole wheat..white bread is the leading cause of beer bellies even before beer..kinda sad really. next, try to drink 1 1/2 to 2 gallons of water a day. or as much as you can handle. use one of those flavor packs a day so you get your electrolytes in. this will flush out your system and you'll

  • @makesmoney010 be practically pissing out the weight. now, more on your diet...eat the veggies/ salad before anything else in the meal. itll fill you up more and you wont eat as much (hence losing weight but not be hungry) try to eat at least 3-4 pieces of fruit a day..and 1 salad..this will make your body alkaline (ph of 7). you'll be amazed at the affects it has. cardio and working out i will leave up to you. but id reccomend cardio being intense for 30 min. and no time limit on working out

  • props to this video, but do you really need 60 grams of protein in one sitting, at 150 lbs?

  • @needafirearm this is an older video...but for lean protein only take a third of the recommended serving...so no you dont need 60 grams of protein.

  • Well done dude,,how long have you been working our for,ive been in the gym for 8 months now,i have seen some results but not as much as i expected,my arms dont carry much weight so i cant get them bigger,ive also a layer or fat on my stomach hiding my abbs,any suggestions on how to loose that fat??Im fit and healthy and eat well,,run,cycle,weights ect but it leave me..Plzzzzzzzz help
