@HPIracing111 bikes are almost always better for acceleration; cars are better for braking, cornering and aerodynamics and hence top speed. But most importantly bikes have far better performance per dollar, and are more fun too.

@BB954RR I'm specifically talking about at the limit; I mean, average sportsbike will beat average car for speed, and rider beat driver on cornering (down to comfort), but at the performance limit, cars have more top end. A bike at full braking weight transfer is relying on just one rubber patch, and needs to worry about lean; cars, 4, even in turns. Cars can drift corners at speeds a bike would risk highsiding, never mind downforce etc. - F1 cars corner way faster than motogp bikes.

@barrkel cars are better for braking cornering and aerodynamics?? hmmm interesting never new that!! dont get me wrong certain cars can do all those fairly well.. but not as well as a bike sorry man... far as braking on a bike its better the engine braking is also better.. cornering na car wont corner better and aerodynamics really have u seen a bike? u really can compare a bike from a car there 2 different things

The bike's rear tire is running very low on air, up on regular pressure ( 28psi) , it will accelerate much faster

@forgedmazdaspeed Neather of us really stabbed it off the bat, I wanted to make sure we get an even start, and I didnt wanna go sideways at him = ). I ran a 5.6 sec 60-120 on my 06 R1.
I have a video on here of the speedo on the freeway a 60-120 pull while we were fine tuning the car about 20psi (25psi in this video) search for
