Contained in the link above is a step-by-step written guide on how to get your Skyrim looking as nice as possible. I only showcased a few of the mods in this video, but given more interest I will post more videos.

  • Your loud sniffling between sentences is really getting to me. Dude, blow your note before recording the audio or something... it really sounds bad.

  • @moungy lol good criticism

  • Great vid, I've been playing Skyrim for a while now and would like to add a lot of visual appealing mods. Where do you think I should start? I've seen there are a lot of different mods already and I just feel overwhelmed I gues like what if a texture mod replaces some of the textures of another mod etc...?

  • @SlizenDize Start with 2K HD textures mod. This will now give you everything you need in one package (mostly) for texture mods. Then apply the other ones from there.

  • This is MOD help is Awesome, But it seems like your just doing standalone mods. Can you make a video with a collection or set of mods that improve the look/feel of a more realistic world. Im also having trouble with the before and after, which is which?

    What is "Vanilla"?

  • @AlBinoSmUrfet I do texture mods that improve the look/feel in some videos, whenever they are available. The before and after is usually labelled I will try to do that more often. 'Vanilla' simply means the original texture that came shipped with the game. The 'After' texture is usually more saturated and higher resolution, sorry for the confusion.

  • @fatalmaverick Thanks, I followed your advice and it's working like a charm so far. Although I no longer have any clue of which texture mods are installed. I took all the ones that I found made an improvement. So at least now it looks pretty :)

  • I love how you got a message on Steam about girls wanting a threesome in the Moon Tweek.

  • @AlBinoSmUrfet Vanilla is a term that means default everything in any game.

  • Lol my downloads list on Firefox has extented quite alot :P

Really great videos, Im excitedly waiting for new episodes!

  • It would have been good if you had given more example and details about the different mods. For example, for the improved candles, and for the potions and poisons, show all of the variants. Also, for the weapons retexture project, it's good you showed the before and after, but the before was just to small with the p.i.p. to do a fair comparison.
