Too bad the interviewer is a FI shill. Actually, she strikes me as being a bit of an idiot. Please note: there's more to a child's education than Math and English. And so what if FSA discovers a school that tests poorly. The BC government has re-allocated over 2 billion dollars that was supposed to go to education over the past 10 years. Is that the way BC's government shows its concern for education?

I have a tendancy to ignore them...especially since a report on health care where there figures on US spending were lower than the US federal government's own figures.

These "Report Cards" are excellent at doing 1 thing, making preppy private schools feel great and making rural schools feel horrible. How do you think it feels to know your in the bottom of the heap?

Nothing wrong with the video quality. I suspect you viewed while Youtube was still processing it.
It can take upwards of an hour for the full quality video to be broadcast.
