Law is very complicated, and US law isn't the only thing to take into account here, Indonesian, British, and Kenyan law all also apply. Not current law, but what it was during the time Obama was present in those countries. But he was born in Hawaii.....the other countries law only apply because you're assuming he was born somewhere else. They've released the certificate of birth, the republican governor even said it was real. They went back and found a newspaper article the day of his birth. Love or hate his policies, I don't care, but my god, what more do u want. He's only not a citizen because you want him not to be and apparently there's nothing that's going to convince you otherwise.

He moved to a Indonesia, and the only way for him to go to school there was if he was a citizen, only way for that to happen was if his father was a citizen (in his case step) and for him to recognize him as his son. His long journey back to the states only left him a natuarlized citizen, not a natural born.
