Just a bad launch tht is all.. try to rev and let off clutch at hwat feels right. dont just let off the clutch in one short burst. Let it catch as u give it more and more gas.. Newb Launch tht was.///

I hope you don't do that all the time man. When I launch my R I normally just let it go up to 3500, I know it doesn't seem like much of a difference from your 4100 or w/e yours was but your gonna burn your clutch out real quick doing that too much.

Don't worry about the clutch. Thats the least of your worries when you dump it from 4100. The angle gear cannot take nearly that much force. Feather the clutch or you will pay for a $2000 angle gear replacement.
