AC3DS Map,the things I found

I saw some things on the map, These are the things :

1. The Town will only Be blocked by a wall for a quarter.
2. A new side of your town? You can see the museum :3
3. Cool a Side house xD
4. THE TRAIN :D And next to it it's the trainstation.
5. The Beach, Much bigger now.
6. A yellow house....or is it a tent?
7. This might be the place for the wishing well
8. A house next to the dock...Could we buy our swim suites here?
9. An Island :3 A Fountain,more houses,and Palmtree's
10. a house....IN THE MIDDLE OF THE OCEAN :O
11. Yet another island
12. Boats :O I wonder what we can do with it...
13.A Campfire,fine for the summer nights :3 will Nintendo stay Logical or will this be a fire that stays on whatever weather it is xD
14. You can cross the waterfall O_O
15. A cave looking thing...
16. The first waterfall of our town,and a pond like the one from the GC version.
17. A big house...might this be the café?
18. Yet another fountain?
19. A City looking place...or do our villagers life there?
20. Houses :3
21. The Bridge, where we can go to other people's towns.
22. Is there something to discover here?

I thing there's a waterfall going into the ocean because they don't want you to swim from the see up the river.
