You're talking about one riff, it's not exactly a complicated one, even if he Kurt did take it- it's not a huge deal. And you think Los Brujos never took a at least a riff from some other band?! And let me point out that it's a simple riff: simple rhythm with only 3 power chords and the rhythm isn't identical anyway.
