I agree! But most places teach you to bring your knees up to touch your elbows. Some say inside of elbows, some say outside of elbows.. either way tho, it's a great exercise ;)

he just said your knees shouldnt break the plane of the hands. so you are either deaf or blind

I do it just as with pushups = till you can't stand any more reps ;)
