    anyways nice vid, i like these calisthenics because you don't need to shell out for expensive equipment to do them. :D

    Depends. I've been doing mountain climbers and other various calisthenics for years (makes up 50% of our 4 hour wrestling practice) I'm also majoring in Phys Ed, if you want a more challenging variation of mountain climbers: starting in push-up position, go down to the ground, hold that position and flare your knees out to the sides of your body. Also, make sure to keep your head up when doing mountain climbers; don't look down, it'll give you a better workout.
