It does NOT play NDS Roms. This is something thats gonna' be a legal thing. It might run NDS games one day if they decide to patch it or make a homebrew that RUNS NDS ROMS. They can risk getting sued from Nintendo. Up to them. And I do want this! :D

there will be serious problems if it supports ROMs. anyway please think it as another portable video player.
