So here are some of Kurt's greatest GH hits!

NOTE: This is a joke. It is not meant as disrespect for Kurt, I'm mainly aiming towards the fact that the lawsuits have gone out of control with Activision getting threatened and stuff. If anyone like Activision or a record label has a problem with this video, please contact me rather than blocking my channel.

  • Wow, freaking evil!

  • @VideoGamerGuy1000 Yup, that's Activision for ya :P

  • Man I truly do HATE Activision now. Before I just strongly disliked them with the whole Infinity Ward thing and the million other fuck ups and law suits. But this just makes my blood boil.

And to think, Bungie just signed a 10 year contract with them. Bad move Bungie.

  • @Dominater521 Activision are complete morons but I think as Bungie's game deal is promotion only I don't think they can muck up Bungie's new game :D

  • Kurt would have LOVED his appearance in Guitar Hero -- he didn't take himself even 1% as seriously as some of his fans do.

  • I think he would have found this highly disrespectful. as his image is basically used to sell this game, a blatant commercialization of his image. He wasn't above singing other music, but he was above churning out things just to sell them, which is what Guitar Hero basically did. He hated his most successful album because he thought he had not been artistic enough with it.

I find this really sad actually, it's like seeing Pavarotti rapping to promote Burger King, or Biggie doing Metal.

  • So what Kurt's fans think is that he never would find humor in this and he would never sing any of these songs because he was 'above' that?

  • @VideoGamerGuy1000 I wouldn't say "evil" although Activision certainly are an evil company. I will however say that this just shows how massively Activision misunderstand what fans of Kurt Cobain would want. They single handedly killed the music game genre with this fucking horrifying oversaturation of sellout crap, and it was just truly disappointing. They even killed Rock Band (which was awesome) as a side effect of this fucking crap.

  • I hate to say this, but I roared with laughter at this.

  • From what I've seen of Kurt he wasn't an extremely angry person in interviews. He was lighthearted and hilarious. I think to a certain extent if he was still here he'd get a little chuckle/kick out of seeing himself sing all of these songs but on another level this is highly offensive. As Dave and Krist said, the songs Kurt wrote have a lot of meaning among certain people and something like this does not do his career justice. Courtney made a bad decision and Activision came up with it.

  • This makes me laugh uproariously.

  • I dont know if i want to laugh my a** off or cry. I just dont know

  • WTF FUCK U
