If Apollo didn't pursue for a rematch.This movie would have even greater than it would have been but because of so many Rocky's afterwards.In my eyes it was still one of the greatest of all time.

@KaitainCPS I dunno if you've seen "Rocky Balboa" alternate ending (in which Dixon loses). "Final Bell" was replaced with another song and sincerely, it doesn't transmit the same emotion, the same passion as "Final Bell".

The single most important reason why 'Rocky' works is Bill Conti's score. It's absolutely perfect for the film.

This movie has that affect on it's viewers for sure. As a filmmaker, I admire it's strong storytelling ability. And I think Stallone's performance was at his finest.
