February 16-17th we attended a training clinic in San Antonio with Aerial Athletics. We had a blast, and made a short video of it. Enjoy!

lol gymnasts are way better then cheerleaders no matter how pretty cheer girls THINK they are we are the real beauty

The cameraman may wish to move the camera closer to the performers whenever possible.

very cool!! I wish there was someplace with a gym for acro in my area!!! all i can find is gymnastics :(

oh cool!! so you get the input of other good coaches (or ex coaches) so u can inprove and such right? so its not just ur coach saying stuff to help....i think i just repeated myself.....

@chiave1983 It's never too late, you should look around and find a local gym! This is the only video I used coldplay in, if you don't like it, you may like the music in some of my other videos better :)

well my personal opinion is that gymnastics is better. ive been in gymnastics since i was 4 i am now 14. gymnastics builds character...lol

what eactly is a training clinic? is that just like a practice at another gym?

A training clinic is when you go and work with a clinician, who is usually a coach you've never worked with before, or a former coach.
