Bush has had an extreme effect on everything he has touched. Has the effect been good for America, it's citizens and the world? No. But the man has impact, like a hurricane. The world has all but forgotten his father, but will be talking about GWB for decades.

What country do yo live in? Effective? How can you say that anything that has happened in the last 8 years of the Buch administration has been "effective"? Look around you - our country is in the worst economic crisis since the great depression! Open your eyes and ears and look around you. Bush has done nothing but rip this country apart starting with a rigged elections...

Bush took a peaceful, prosperous nation respected throughout the free-world and turned it around.
Bush may or may not be compitent but he sure has been effecive.
