  • I'm glad I found your channel. And sad to have missed your previous one. I will be listening from time to time. Your 78 haul was interesting to hear a little about them.

    Thanks,

    BinLA

  • Late reply, but thanks! I miss my old channel and lost the drive to do what I used to do. Losing 400 vids is alot of time to make up!

  • I think that it may be time for someone like yourself to create your own web-site.

When I first joined YouTube, I was so excited to find songs from my ear and to finally see the singer (ie: Siouxie and the Banshees) and perhaps to introduce my children to songs from their grand-parents' era... but it is equally exciting to find things that you would never come across otherwise. Thank you! Thank you for sharing your passion.

  • What a genuinely kind comment.

Im not sure if you are new to my channel or a former subscriber, but sadly I cant share my passion with the world anymore since the record companies have shut down the little guy like me for sharing these low quality video recordings of their music. So sadly, my previous acct was suspended and over 400 videos of my passion were permanently lost. Now, I tread very lightly on this thin ice of major record labels. Thank you for the comment.

  • Fantastic!! I love these Record Guild discs. Thanks for sharing!

  • Thanks,

  • I'm surprized some record company out there has some ridiculous copywrite on this recording. What's next, you aren't allowed to hum songs in public?

BUT I'm glad this video is here -- as well as your others -- because they are a clear reminder of memories lost...or experiences new (to those whom haven't seen or heard the records you're playing before). :)

I keep a backup of ALL my videos in case they shut down my acct.. in the meantime, I find alternatives to spread the music!

    Keep on!!

  • You should be. I mean, It seems its only a matter of time. Its not like you go to jail or anything, it just sucks to lose your username, your e-mail addy is banned (So I now have a yahoo acct just so I can do this). It took me about 15 tries to find a username that wasnt taken. Sheesh.

  • yeah, Im afraid to post any music playing on my record players anymore!

  • I agree. Kiddie record in general are cool. but most I wont be able to upload anymore :( this one has no listed artist, so I think its fair game! The other side is jingle bells, which i had up onm my old account and may redo next holiday.
