Trust me if Delpan was a fuskar by now, he wouldn't be playing in such kind of leagues and especially on such a big/good cs team. And mostly is fragbite clips made during Lan's which means he wouldn't have the possibility to cheat, because there is judges to check if one or more is doing unacceptable stuff @ Matches.
