I have watched this and other Bill Wood videos many times jut out of morbid curiosity.

Is anyone with me wondering in general what are they talking about? I am aware of string theory, I wonder how this guy was qualified to work on this project? What training did he have. The very vaque talk about "The Future" what are they talking about...where did this take place? The government allowed him to continue to work after a rape conviction?
