A lot of people view the greys as just that, they are the grey area between Evil and Good. They have lost all emotions and feelings due to their vast quest for more intelligence. It is a win win for us as a species though...they need us to figure out how to obtain their emotions again, as they are more machine-like than biological. They need us, and we need them more than any of you could possibly imagine. The gov. will try and turn the people against the alien presence soon, just you wait.
