http://www.winepleasures.com Wine Tourism in Spain. As part of our tailor-made wine tasting tour programmes we always include a lesson on how to prepare a typical catalan apertiser, pan con tomate. It's very simple to make but in order to get the maximum flavours there is a right and wrong way. How do you you do it? Filmed in the Restaurant Ca N'Ayxelà in the Penedès wine region. Try it at home with a bbq dinner and red slightly aged wines to accompany.
