computer arts abertay

its an exercise in 3d manipulation of geometric space using maya
a study in the effect that surroundings have on perception, and perception on our surroundings.
idea of self contained and self creating/ perpetuating universe.
its also a kind of progressive log of my learning of the maya program- when i started, to where i left it there is an evolution of my technical ability and confidence through the timeline of the animation.

im quite happy with it as an exercise in maya- im very glad that it can do what i asked of it.
its a bit lacking in control but it shows the feelings i had through the exercise.
i have added some sound, but the audio needs a lot of work.
i think i was treating it as a finished piece of work, wheras its really a connected selection of trials...

i recommend watching it in the dark.
