Brilliant choices of pix! Also, good thing I don't have to listen from a 78 - I would have worn it out already. I assume it's taken straight from the master and so thanks too, to whoever at Victor kept them from being destroyed. Has it ever been used in a movie soundtrack?

I just got the first warning for the Cotton Club Orch in Ellington's "Black Beauty". I uploaded it from my original HMV 1928 record and I have no idea why it was complained about by someone. I did not use anybody's work, besides the contemporary art photographs of Black non-nude models, available in web and not copyrighted. What did they mean by "punishing me" like that? For what? For the black models?God knows. I think America is going nuts in that copyright & PC intellectual terrorism.
