So I got my game shark and my codes and messed around with some characters, thought it might be something you guys might want to watch? I'm thinking about doing some stuff with this perhaps just the boss fights or something or story related quests? I'll even consider doing some requests, if you want certain characters or monsters used.

Anyways I found it interesting, I hope you guys do too!

  • This is great! Now I'm wondering if I want to get FFTA2 just for that. Is it as tedious and unbalanced as FFTA was, though, or can you actually get through the game without breaking the game or savestating every five seconds?

And do you know of any codes for playable monsters on FFTA?

  • @neoqwerty Well I wouldnt say its anymore tedious then any other turn based stratergy game? Its not heaps broken or unbalanced though I dont believe, from memory ( I played it ages ago) I didnt get super stuck on anything because it was too hard.

On the codes, theres a new vid coming up today that will have some information on that

  • : o ¿Can You control Ewen in your clan? o_o

  • @neoqwerty FFTA2 is sort of tedious seeing as you have to hunt high and low for a lot of the weapons. FFTA was fairly unbalanced, seeing as you had to grind to get the jobs you wanted. FFTA2 features that but moreso.

  • @theoncecorrupt Thank you for the info!

Most of the issues I had with FFTA were balance issues. I had to break the game by grinding the "[race] needed" dispatch missions to level 30 of negotiations for a Cinquedea and then start stealing abilities with Marche from sleeping opponents to unlock Ninja and Blue Mage... And from early to mid-game, the ONLY way I could do anything at all was by sticking to the high-speed-growth classes and sleep, or else the mages would overpower me from a distance.
