I am a tech fan and alumn and watched every year of leach's days at tech. He is a very overrated coach. Most of his players don't like playing for him. He is a lazy recruiter and never takes blame for his teams performances. I am thrilled he is no longer at Texas tech and we don't have to put up with him

I think Leach can do it, but not if it means making all our players as mean as he want to be. I started becoming a fan in a bleak 2007 season, so I have lived through plenty of losses and expect more. I will never lose faith because I bleed crimson! Our players were smiling and happy under Wulff and Leach doesn't make our guys happy. If he came out tomorrow saying it was his fault and he is willing to work WITH the players with a new plan that uses our current strength. Then I will be happy.
