1. Boil a pot of water.
2. Put the noodle in the water until soft.
3. Drain water.
4. Put oil and some (green) onions in a pan.
5. Put in noodle.
6. Stir a bit.
7. Add ketchup onto noodle and mix.
8. Add egg onto noodle and mix.
9. Add ketchup onto noodle and mix.
How much ketchup and egg you put depends on how much noodles you put, but typically, you want the noodle to change colours (orangish). You should always end with ketchup, not egg. I don't have a reason for that, it's just how I do things.
