  • I tried making fried rice with fresh rice coker rice but it's not the same some of the flavour is missing & it seems a little mushy. Any tips & I will try again Thanks.

  • @andyjack33 It seems that you added too much water. Try use 3/4 of the water you've used and persoak the rice for 1 hour. If it is still too mushy, cool it in the fridge for 2 hours. Let me how you get on with it.

  • @Goliath1886 It depends. If the skin was on when I bought it, I just remove the scale and cook with the skin on.
