Almost all music sheet from JSBach is wrote for 5 octaves (except at tne organo)
If You read Klavier well temperated all are into 5 octaves, except maybe 2...I dont know.
I think its same with french and english Suites.
76 keys are enough for play, enjoy and practice with Bach.

I have had the np-30 now for 3 month and I have tryed to hear any hissing nois that people say that they hear, but I can't hear anything except the clean piano sound and other voices such as strings or harpsichord without any hissing noises, with or without headphones.

Have you had any problems with hissing noises - I have heard that this model can have this problem and Yamaha Japan have admitted to it.

Can you play classical song (like Chopin) by this Yamaha NP30? Are 76 keys enough?

Depends on the piece. For example I can play Chopin's op 64 no 2 on it (it has enough keys). But I would never play classical pieces on the NP30, I always play classical music on my upright acoustic. The NP30's action is WAY too light and the keys are way too small for classical. You can play it but it would damage your technique. If I play the NP30 for too long and then play on an acoustic I feel very sloppy. If you want to play classical music get an 88 key fully weighted kerboard

Hey, thanks. The sounds are just OK not great, I like it for practicing not so much for recording or gigging. I use it primarily as a controller. For the money, it makes a great 76 key semi-weighed controller.

Very respectable playing on a difficult tune. Good bass work. Great sounds from that motif. Keep it up.
