Feet flat just to stabilize would hit more chest but feet tucked would put you in a more powerful position . I'd say tuck the elbows more too. Between his elbows flared and wider grip that's hitting the shoulders quite a bit. That's just my opinions when I bench. To each is own though.

The video is good. The exercises is great and fits for me. I do know a link of a site that offers free workout plans and exercises that would help you gain lean muscles and develop a lean muscular look you ever wanted. @MrD1ss not true at all. I was taught, and witnessed most benchers, to go in an arc from sternum to about over the nose/mouth area.

If you really want a huge chest work out look up Arnolds chestworkouts, if you want huge arms look up Ronnie coleman, oh ya ronnie to for legs,look up jay cutler for back including triceps

WRONG cottage cheese should be the last meal u eat as casein protein is slow release and u need that while u sleep
