Evidently the Japanese are so impressed with America's beloved 44th president that they renamed both a town and a rail line after him! Well, maybe not quite. However, there really is a JR West line named Obama (after one of the towns on it), and that's the subject of this video. And a great trip it is too, through much varied and interesting terrain.
