Isochronic 40Hz Gamma audio frequency pure tone sine-wave. Has the effect of synchronizing cell firing in populations of cells in the human brain. I have living 1 year of meditation and I can't understand how this sound can help... I listend it... and there are no changes at a gamma frequency that I feel when I listen the sound of my breath silencing my mind.
