how do musicians deal with the sound from the explosions of fireworks? Do they try to muffle them out somehow, or incorporate it into the music, such as sync them with drum beats?

I think GH tour sounded the best but Volta lasted longer and was second best, vespertine was good but a little slow and Homogenic was pretty good too, before that, they didn't have a theme really:)
