Updates to the Firefox Home Page & Redesigned New Tab Page!

The latest Firefox has some great updates to make getting to your next task faster and easier than ever!

The New Tab page now opens whenever you click on the '+' sign, allowing you to see thumbnails of your most recently and frequently visited sites. You can customize the New Tab page by adding or removing thumbnails based on where you go most.

The Home Page now includes icons at the bottom of the page to give you easy access to bookmarks, history, settings, add-ons, downloads and sync preferences with one-click shortcuts.

It's called Firefox Sync. Mozilla had this way before Google stole it.

The good thing is that you can still use the 'old blank tab', there's a button on the top right corner... :))

how do you add new thumb nails of web sites, i have some now, but it seems to be random, and it does not happen all the time.

Or you could use mytabpage(.com) and make it how you want it.

I haven't found any place to change it. I have the home page set to "When Firefox starts: Show my home page" but when I open a new tab, it opens a blank page.

You can always change it. That's the point of having firefox: Customization.

Yeah, it's a glitch. I wonder when Firefox will fix this. In the meantime I suggest hiding it and using a third party addon like New Tab King or my personal favourite, New Tab Plus

Facebook and one or two other sites just show a blank preview/thumbnail no matter what I do. Anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it?
