I passed out my first time giving blood - I was actually fine whilst giving blood but then after when I was all unhooked and being given juice and biscuits, I went completely whappy and just collapsed. My mum ended up eating my biscuits for me.

@PutTheGunToYourHead Just spike your blood sugar an hour before going by eating some fast food, and take a calcium supplement to avoid blood thinner complications.

I'm giving blood tomorrow as well. A bit more scared now at the size of the damn needle. Does it hurt?
