How to iron pants

Pants that aren't ironed can, quite frankly, make it look like you just rolled out of bed. Most men's pants require a good ironing to make you look professional and sharp! Make sure to adjust your iron to the right temperature according to the type of fabric of your dress pants!
The things you'll need:
an iron
ironing board
men's pants

• Turn your pants inside out to determine the type of fabric and iron information.

• Fill the iron with water (preferably distilled) if you are using the steam setting for cottons or linen

• Test a small on the pants to determine if the iron is at the correct temperature. If it's too high it can damage your fabric.
• In this order and with the pants still inside out, iron the waistband, pockets on both sides, seams and hems.
• Turn the pants right side out and place them at the pointed end of the ironing board to iron any pleats or front and backside of the pants.
• Carefully line the pants along any preexisting creases with the pants legs flat on the board.
• Pull the top pant leg over and iron the bottom leg on both sides hem to crotch
• Turn the pants over and repeat on the other leg
• Smooth out the pants with both legs together to iron the outside on both side of the pants.
• Hang the pants immediately to avoid wrinkling!
