The supporting cast includes Gali Abaidulov, John Markovsky, Anatoly Gridin, and Marat Daukayev. The State Dmitri Shostakovich Leningrad Orchestra is under the direction of Stanislav Gorkovenko. Я не видела ее на сцене вживую. Но какое счастье, что на Лен ТВ сделал А.Белинский с нею несколько фильмов-балетов. И я записала еще на видео "Старое танго" и "Галатея" с нею. не забываемая потеря -ее смерть!

Her face at the end is wonderful! Maximova and Vasiliev together were one of the greatest partnerships of all time. I love this!

A truly Russian masterpiece. It was a privilege to see it at Colon Thetatre in 1992. Ekaterina Maximova was one of the greatest Russian ballerinas of all times. Her charm and marvellous technique are eternal. Many thanks for this wonderful video!

I saw this wonderful performance at the Colon Theatre in Buenos Aires in 1992. I have such a great memory. I was very young taking ballet classes. Today you are always in my heart with your outstanding performances. Thank you so much for so many hours of enjoyment!!! Bravo!
