Cary Grant was a talentless FAGGOT, and he was far too old to play Roger Thornhill in this overlong, dated and boring film. Should have cast a real actor like Bill Holden.

Unrelated: NBA player Nicolaas Vanos (April 13, 1963 Aug. 16, 1987) & his fiancee were killed in the crash of NORTHWEST Airlines flight #255. The DETROIT to PHOENIX flight with 149 passengers and six crew aboard crashed on takeoff from Detroit Metropolitan WAYNE Airport, killing all but 1 aboard & 6 on ground. 4-year-old passenger Cecelia Marie Cichan (b. 4/10/83) was lone survivor. The crash of Northwest #255 occurred on the 10th anniversary of the death of rock-n-roll icon Elvis Presley.

"North By Northwest": written by Ernest Lehman & starred Cary GRANT & JAMES MASON--but it's unrelated to the STONE CULT or basketball player GRANT HENRY HILL DUKE Univ. & the NBA. The doomed flight's number, 255, matches the listed weight of Nick Vanos at multiple internet sites (255 lbs). Northwest 255 crashing onto Interstate 1994 could evoke calendar year 1994, when GRANT HENRY HILL (later a paid endorser for Northwest) was drafted by the DETROIT Pistons 2,509 days earlier (June 29, 1994).

Mason had a severe heart attack soon afterwards.

Grant has to do so much to keep up it should have been him that got the heart attack he 'Mr Kaplan' of the screen but barely does anything a brilliant performance
